Informed me of what I needed in terms of maintenance per the schedule. Deferred a couple till next time which saved some money which is always helpful (was not an urgent safety issue) Kept me updated on progress as I was there for 5+ hrs (was told in advance which was fine). Cubicles for computers was helpful as I was able get work done on my laptop while waiting. Was polite and courteous
