I recently worked with Gustavo for my new purchase and he genuinely made it a breeze! Even before finally coming in, he stayed in constant contact and was there for any questions I had at virtually any time of day. When I came in he had the car already pulled up to the bay ready to test drive and was super knowledgeable about all the features. Purchased a Rav4 From Joel Ayala. He was very Knowledgeable in Toyotas products but most importantly for me the warranties and safety features. We switched from our Honda Civic and he made the process feel seamless. Not to mention we were in and out of the dealership in a third of the time it took for us to purchase the Honda.
