Would highly recommend working with Christopher. Initial out the door was 50% higher than marked price. They were willing to negotiate and I paid what I expected going in, but the initial 50% increase felt a bit aggressive. I brought my 2025 Corolla LE to Seminole in mid-September for its 6-month service. I additionally wanted an oil change, and after being quoted an unacceptable price, declined the oil change. I stated that there was a noise that was apparently coming from under the car, especially when the car was warm. There is a TSB for a defective passenger side motor mount, and the part was special ordered. Bea and John were Amazing! Straight forward, get it done people. No Pressure to buy. Bea worked hard at my asks and confirmed all the weird options I wanted to confirm vehicle had prior to our 45 minute drive. Once we arrived and test drove car, Bea got all paper work ready and handed us off to John. John was straight forward and got it done! We were there a total of two hours and back on our way. Su Pak was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to help me get the car that I wanted for weeks ! She sent me a ton of updates and she was very nice. I unfortunately didn’t buy the car after the car went from 21k advertised to 27.1k OOD. I recommend Su Pak for all your sales needs tho! Never seen anyone go that far out of their way for someone!
