My salesman Victor Ayala is a really kind and caring guy. He helped with my 2025 RAV4 purchase via text and email. I was able to get my OTD price settled with him and sales manager Joe beforehand. I needed a ride to the dealership, so Victor picked me up personally. He gave me a tour of the dealership and an extended test drive showing me how everything worked. I purchased a new rav4 last week and Jared made every part of the experience perfect! We started out looking at several cars, Jared was so knowledgeable about everything. This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. While I did get banking preapprovals before going in, I was able to select my car online then went in for a test drive and verify that it was the car I wanted. They tried to get a better deal than the bank and after negotiation was able to get the paperwork done quickly. The transfer between my old car and the new one was seamless. Very happy with my purchase.
