Everyone at the dealership was very nice. From the sales person, Hugo, to the managers, Josh and Alex to the finance manager, Mikayla. Hugo never pressured us, was there to answer all of our questions, and just made the process very comfortable. We never felt like we were playing “the game“. Tried to talk to six other dealers, at least, and nobody could even come close to the deal we received. Thank you Hugo for your patience and kindness!!

I was at Seminole Toyota Sanford yesterday didn’t really want to get a car I wanted to checked out the new Corolla cross hydride, and ended up purchasing one,thanks to Hugo who was assisting me throughout the time and help me pick up the car, very professional good conversation and knowledgeable as well.

Jayden was awesome. Experience was great until 2 days later and my financing was all in order. Once all that was resolved I can sleep well tonight. Two things though- we purchased used and only has 1 key. We were also told that the tires were new but there is a plug in one of them. I have questioned but not gotten an answer yet.
