My experience was amazing from beginning to end. I reach out to my previous sales representative Jerold (Jerry) who was unable to assist me at the time. He made sure I was in the best hand. He introduced me to Beatriz and she was very knowledgeable and kind. I respect her for acknowledging my concerns and making sure I understand every option before making any decision . Jayden was great. Very passionate and professional, worked with my boyfriend and I to get us a great used car. We talked through many options and Jayden was honest and knowledgeable the whole time. Jayden and I even had a great conversation while my new car was being detailed & I feel almost any other salesmen at other dealerships wouldn’t take the time to do that!
