Serenades has made my mother and experience as best as can ne this has been the hardest things to do but they have made our process good for us.

Everyone in the family has a good experience visiting mom. We find the caretakers very kind and caring. The house seems very clean and packed with activities especially around holidays.

All of the employee from the general manger to the nursing, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance are all such wonderful people. They have all been trained so well in caring for residents with memory problems. The employee go out of their way to provide the best of care to each induvial in the entire facility. I am extremely pleased with the excellent care they provided to my mother! Thank you for being so wonderful.

Everyone is friendly and the staff is attentive.I had a warm feeling about when I first walked in, the atmosphere and the energy was positive.
My father is currently a resident at Serenades by Sonata Longwood. His experience at this facility has been great so far! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. My father has no complaints about the meals, but I'm not sure as I haven't tried them. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. In fact, my neighbor just moved her husband into this facility just last month.
We picked this community, because they deal totally with memory care, and it was a smaller community. I love the way that, the staff has been caring towards my loved one. They have really good meals, and my loved one really enjoys it. I would recommend to other families.
I like the size of this community. The caretakers were not all that great. There were certain days with certain workers that were great and other days that were horrible with other workers. The nurses there were great. They had games and music for the residents and there was always something going on and I liked that part very much. They did paintings and exercise classes also.
