Serenity Pediatrics cares more about money than children We started going to Serenity five years ago with our son and were told we’d be grandfathered in when their vaccine policy changed. That turned out to be a lie. They dropped both our 5-year-old and our new baby, leaving us scrambling to find a new pediatrician. Would not recommend. Repeatedly tried to put my son on an antibiotic for an ear infection that he previously had a severe systemic reaction to. This was noted and should have been well known by the provider. He also very clearly had some gut issues due to the antibiotic use for ear infections and they disregarded. They just said that it should pass in time. He then also had some skin bumps that they said would never be due to food sensitivities and that his skin is “just like that” … we have been elsewhere and our new doct... read more

Wanted to share my past bad experiences with this office. My child with food allergies repeatedly heard the doctor talk about being slightly underweight, which created a complex. She still struggles with this mental complex, years later, created by her physician. The worst part is that the doctor’s solution was to tell my child to eat plenty of dairy products, nice thing to tell someone who is ALLERGIC to it. Super disappointed in their updated vax policy. They had some excellent doctors, nurses and front staff. We’ll take our kiddos somewhere else.

Non inclusive practice, more concerned about image rather than health of the whole child. Mocked by doctors for inquiring or have a difference of opinion. Quick staff turnover, do not recommend.

I have been using this practice since my daughter was 1 or 2. She's now 9 and they just sent an email and gave me 3 days notice to find a diffrent doctor because they want their bonus from the state for immunizations..... Apparently I was getting in the way of it. Money hungry. I thought my children acctual mattered to Hannan Alsahlani but evidently all that matters is $$$$$$$.

Sad to see this place, which I once recommended to any mamas in the area, decide that parents can't call the shots. Looks like they're prioritizing insurance kick-backs for vaccine compliance over the unique medical needs of their patients. If you don't want to be badgered into annual flu shots and covid boosters, avoid Serenity Pediatrics.

They are billing me $100 two separate times and labeling it “continuation of care”…I was never in the office on these days. Their nurses called me directly with GI referrals and to discuss how my son was doing as a result of a bowel impaction they misdiagnosed as a stomach virus which landed him in the ER. Post ER visit we had a follow up appt with them to get blood work. They then called me a few days after that and then another week after that to discuss those results and GI referrals just to make sure no additional testin... read more

Doc Folcik was pushy and not helpful. She did not listen to my concerns at all. We left without help. I would not recommended.
