When we had questions about complicated topics, Seth or Mindy was able to answer them for us. The amount of paperwork we received at a time was never overwhelming. I appreciated the video messages putting the steps into layman's terms. The only complaints I had were that it was hard to gauge if the numbers we paid for closing costs were reasonable/normal. We felt slightly pressured to pay for points to get the interest rate down to what was originally quoted.
