The team I worked with was very responsive. If I had a question I always got a quick answer. There also wasnt a lot of back and forth with things needed. I'm sure that's partially because this is the second mortgage I've worked with 260 mortgage on.

As a first time home buyer I was so apprehensive to just start the home buying process..the team made me feel assured from the moment we started. From start to finish (a few weeks ago!) my relationship with the team has been over a year.. Luck was not on my side. First offer on home fell through, but you guys were positive and encouraging... When I found my home, there were additional surprises! The team again was very informative of best options. I truly felt they had my best interest in mind.
