Seth and his team did what no one else could do, they worked with me even with my unique situation. I even used to work at a Bank and a Credit Union, and no one took the time to figure out a way to consolidate my student loans in order for me to finance my home. What came as a simple inquiry to Seth, became an instant process in getting my home in my name.
