This was my second time working with Seth to secure a mortgage. He couldn’t have been any better. Responsive, helpful and I feel like he had our financial best interest in mind. My husband and I own a business and have some unusual income situations, I thought it might be an issue when securing a new loan. However, the whole process went smoothly and in a little over a month we secured a conventional loan with a good interest rate.

Communications were very timely and clearly worded. Liked the way Seth incorporated video messages into the process. The electronic signing process saved us considerable time and was easy to use. Though the whole process, I felt like a valued customer. Each person from Hallmark showed a lot of empathy regarding the difficulties and frustrations of the home buying process. They also showed a lot of excitement when big events happened, such as the accepted offer or closing. They also had a great sense of urgency to get the loan ready for closing. My pre-approval letter was ready in only two days which was fantastic. Great experience!
