Though the whole process, I felt like a valued customer. Each person from Hallmark showed a lot of empathy regarding the difficulties and frustrations of the home buying process. They also showed a lot of excitement when big events happened, such as the accepted offer or closing. They also had a great sense of urgency to get the loan ready for closing.
