yes they are cheap but unless you watch any procedure you are making a mistake. you will need to be present for the anesthesia and the procedures. Don't keep your head in the sand
They’re tormenting my friend by not releasing her pet to her. I haven’t seen or heard any response from this business as to why they’ve removed Sparky’s head for apparent “testing”, without permission but have his body’s ashes on location. Return the dog. This is heartless
Not surprised that this unprofessional place will delete any negative comments. I think it is absolutely cold hearted to add more grief for someone who is already grieving the loss of their loved one!
Not professional!! Is wrongfully withholding ashes of a beloved pet from their owner! Don’t support a vet who will add extra trauma to the grief they are already feeling! Very cruel and heartless!!

they lied and are holding my dogs ashes!! he is my dog not theres!! they say they care?? If they do .....they wouldn't be holding my dog... they would of let me have them....this is not right!! he is Part of my family..Let me lay this to rest
They could educate themselves on medicine they give out so as to possibly not kill anyone's pet!
