Our overall Mortgage experience was pleasant, most matters were handled timely without surprises. Our loan officer, Shachi Bhardwaj, is extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us throughout the entire process, patiently explaining each step and what to expect next as we went through the process. My only issue was with the bank/closing attorney for not allowing us to close remotely as we lived out of state, and instead asked us to attend closing in person. Highly Recommend Shachi Bhardwaj!
