Great service. My only qualm was I wish we had done a 120 lock, but hind sight is 20/20. But the service I had while being overseas to lock in our rate immediately on the lowest day possible for a 60 day lock was AMAZING.

I had a great first home buying experience using Shachi and her team as my lender. Shachi and her team were consistently quick to respond and available for any and all questions that I had and answered them thoroughly and accurately. Even when on PTO, Shachi answered my calls and helped or directed me in a friendly matter as always. I am sure working out of state can be difficult. we ran into a delay with getting an appraiser in an appropriate time frame. This set us back a few days which was a big inconvenience to the seller and messed up my travel plans. i would use Shachi again, but would hope her team pursued appraisal sooner than they did to avoid the delays. She has always been very responsive, very helpful and offers great advice and shops the best rates. Not sure if the appraisal issue was avoidable or not? Our mortgage broker Shachi Bhardwaj was great from day one. She was very responsive and consultative. Our house was a new construction project with approximately 8 months from pre-approval to close. Half way through the process. Shachi called me to lock in my interest rate and I am so glad that she did, because she saved us a lot of money.
