I was told 4-6 weeks to close but it took over 8 weeks before we could close. I followed up multiple times to check on the status. I am sure the volume was high but being honest up front would have helped to set the expectation.

Excellent details on communication and to the point info. Also found Shachi always available when I needed information. Proactively helped to reduce my interest rate. Will refer to other's for sure and also will come back to Shachi for all my future mortgage needs

During the application process, Shachi called me to tell me that she was able to get me a lower rate than what we had originally discussed. Who does that??? She is a true professional.

I loved working with Shachi and her team. Only comment I would make is: process was very slow and it took about 3 months give or take to close the loan. Other than that it was great working with Shachi and I totally trusted her with the process.
