Shachi was very responsive, prompt and upfront in all communications. I was busy with work schedule just before closing so could only look at the documents late in the night, however she was so flexible that she even got on a call late in the night to address some of my questions and to ensure that I was comfortable and good with the closing. She was transparent and provided candid guidance during the process. I really appreciate her help with refinance and for the great experience.

This is my second dealing with bank south mortgage and also second time with dealing with shachi. Shachi gives attention to detail. From the very first she gives an entire overview of how process will go for financing or refinancing of the house. She is always there to answer my questions that you may have and not a very patient. I have had experience with many other mortgage companies but I have never found the details as much as Shachi and her team provides. Thanks a ton Shachi. Good job!!
