Each staff member is so professional and friendly. Everyone makes me feel so comfortable. The dentists and hygienists give excellent oral care.

Tremendous, fast, courteous, friendly and professional service as usual. And one other thing -- unlike some other doctors, my appointment is always right on schedule. No extended waiting.

Excellent from the reception desk to the hygienists to the physicians. Dr. Clay and his staff are personable, professional and have YOUR needs in mind when developing an oral care plan. I have been very fearful of any dental procedures due to past experiences - Dr. Clay and his staff have not only alleviated my in-office fears, I now no longer have the anticipatory fear of "going to the dentist".

Great Service I was having a lot of pain and this office helped tremendously. From the initial phone call to make the appointment to checking out, all the staff was amazing. They put my mind at ease and made a miserable experience beyond tolerable. I have had bad experiences at previous dental appointments but not one moment of discomfort and nervousness here. Highly recommend Dr. Clay and his staff!!

Positive experience! I recently had to find a dentist after neglecting my teeth for a while. I was very nervous about going in for repairs on my teeth. The staff and dentist at Shady Spring made my experience very positive! I have to return in a couple of weeks for more repairs and I feel so much better about my next visit now that I know the staff and dentist are kind, personable, and gentle. I would recommend this place to anyone needing dental care!

Very professional and nice I was having a problem with my tooth and that got me right in to get it pulled. Everyone there is very friendly and they always call to check up on how you are doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks Dr. Clay! I just want to thank Shady Spring Dental Care for seeing me so quickly!! I have a bad tooth that was hurting so bad that I couldn't sleep. They helped get the process going and were so nice and explained everything thourougly. Thanks so much, I will be back, and I will refer other people to you.
