Everything went well. Trina is a very good hygienist and Dr. Clay always is kind and honest. I had to have pictures of my teeth and they know that I have trouble with them taking the pictures without gas. They never put me down or make fun of me because of it. I really like Shady Spring Dental Care.

First cleaning in years I went to shady dental for my first visit in a long time because I heard they have great service. I was nervous but had a great experience. Nothing to be nervous about. I'm only giving a four because I wasn't happy with how the woman at the desk treated my wife about asking a simple question about payments. I feel like she could have not had an expression on her face she did. The doctors are wonderful!!
The receptionists were very helpful and the staff was friendly and professional.I had forgotten to take my antibiotics and they took care of that for me. I was very pleased with the results of my procedure. DR. Clay did a great job. Thanks so much.
Excellent care I was very impressed with the professional and timely atmosphere. I did not have to wait for long periods of time to be addressed or seen. The dental assistant was friendly and reassuring. Dr. Clay was helpful to address areas of concern without pressure to make immediate decisions. The dental work I had done was excellent - I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you very much for your kind and competent care.
Urgent need for an appointment My 9 year old daughter had something show up on her gum which affected her eating. I called and she was seen quickly. Dr. Heiner gently took care of the problem and she is feeling much better. Everyone always makes you feel welcome.
As usual I was treated well and professionally. Always a pleasure visiting with friends 😃
