The absolule best!!!! This is an amazing dental practice. Everyone is professional and friendly. The office is attractive and patient centric as well as clean and efficient. Excellent care and follow ip I am grateful for the care I receive. I’m a little concerned about the length of a routine cleaning. Maybe less talk and more concentration. But the work done is excellent.
Professional and caring From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are treated not only like a patient but part of a family. The ladies at the desk are always willing to help and provide the information you request. Karen has always been caring, professional and always asks how the family is doing. Professional and friendly! I recently had a temporary bridge put in and was sedated for this procedure. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Clay was friendly and gave me assurance of everything being fine. In a few weeks I will gladly go back to Dr. Clay to have the permanent one put in.
Very nice people without exception! Both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Shady Springs Dental! The Hygienist was as very intent on making sure I understood what she was going to be doing as she’s performed the cleaning all the while telling me a bit about her background .. And Dr. Clay was very informative throughout the procedure and made sure that I was comfortable.
My daughter age 4 had another great appointment, leaving she said she was so happy with her teeth and how they felt new! Thanks again Karen for a wonderful experience for London.
