I had a dental emergency and Shady Spring Dental quickly arranged things to fit me in. The staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. (Special thanks to Stacy for her help with arranging an appointment and sending directions to the Shady Spring office.) Appointment was on time. Dr. Wills is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.
The best dental service I have ever experienced. The staff were polite, assuring, and confident. A clear explanation was given with choices and benefits of each. I would not think of going anywhere for my dental services. From the receptionist that worked with my crazy schedule to the dental assistant who is truly skilled to dentist who was exordinary. I thank you all.

Professional, friendly, clean Wasn't an existing patient, but they got me in, in less than 24 hours to have a gum infection diagnosed. I was in severe pain with bad swelling and they were very caring and knowledgeable on how to handle.

Excellent Care All Around Literally painless treatment and highest quality materials and techniques. The doctors and staff are all amazing. I’m qualified to express my opinion. I’ve had dental work in the USA, Asia, and Europe and the experience I’ve had here is uncompromisingly excellent. I would give it 10 stars rating if at all possible.
I really like Shady Spring Dental Care. I feel like they strive to make you comfortable and confident. I had a lot of issues with going to the dentist before I started going there. I wish they had been around when I first went to the dentist many years ago.
