First time experience, they are very considerate about me calling and checking on my senior dog. My dog had daily eye meds, they did a great job. Make sure you understand if you want your dog out with other pups you have to dog screened.
My two doodles love going to daycare here. The people are professional and very good with my dogs.  Last month due to a family issue I had to go take care of my elderly mother and my dogs stayed there for 30 days. It was the hardest thing I did but the people were good to communicate with me and let me know how my dogs were doing as well as on the website you could see the dogs in daycare every day and I was able to see my dogs having fun. There is nothing but positive things I can say about Shag Bark.
The communication from the staff was great. Also the pictures on the website help to show that your dog is in good hands.
Very nice people work there. Friendly staff. Take very good care of our dog. Twice she’s stayed overnight for three days and have had good time. Also posting pictures of the pups in lodging albums always answers emails when asking how your pup is doing. I love this place. We have had great experiences and will continue to bring our dog here. Thank you guys for taking care of and loving our pups like your own. I highly recommend this place.
I have a VERY excited 91 pound lab dumb dog and rowdy 50 pound lady. Both love going to daycare here! My crazy boy Zoo is always tired when he comes home! The staff is amazing and I 100% recommend for everyone! Daycare, one on one, and overnights have all been perfect.
My puppy Sugar started day care about a month ago. We both love it! Everyone is wonderful and I see pictures everyday of Sugar having fun. She’s hungry and tired when we get home and she’s much calmer. Highly recommend.
Franzi is amazing with the Lodge and Learn. Our Cane Corso needed a person who was knowledgeable and could handle an eighty pound 6.5 month old stubborn puppy, and Franzi was just that. She kept us updated through regular texts and videos. If there was concern over anything (loose stool) she called immediately to discuss it with us.
