I have had two children via c-section, and always over produced milk, going up several cup sizes. This caused my breasts to deflate after breastfeeding. My bmi is only about 18, but I also had some extra skin on my belly (although not enough fat for liposuction) and needed a tummy tuck as well as a ba. Prior to the surgery, I was terrified. I was referred to Dr. Fazilat by a personal friend and I am so happy he did! I had a consultation which was very informative and he recommended all of the things I wanted and had researched prior to meeting with him. I had a full Mommy Makeover which included a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction. The day of the surgery was stress free and enjoyable. I chose Dr. Fazilat because of the initial consultation. He made me feel comfortable and told me the types of results I could achieve. Fast forward to the day of, my "results" were not going to be as promising as he had previously stated (he said from one point of my stomach and down the skin would be removed leaving hardly any stretch marks). This is my 3rd day after BA done! I wanted to share my experience and exchange info here. Hope mine will help someone to make decisions. I have met several SP and decided Dr. Shahin Fazilat as he was the only one who I felt "know what I want!" He did not even tell what CC to go and I fund we went for 280cc HP after the surgery! I am so new to this, but I did want to take the time to share my experience with you. I am 38 yrs and have 4 kids. Friends!! I've missed you all so much. Time really does fly by. I can't believe I'm about to hit the one year mark. I still love my boobs and would do it over in a heartbeat! Best decision ever. I took a pic for this update today and noticed a more pronounced size difference. I hope I'm just being picky, but they seemed more assymetric than usual. I have my one year check up with my PS next month and will see what he says. Otherwise, I couldn't be better. I think of you all often xoxoxo
