Saw the doctor on Wed and he said my lower abdomen muscles need to be tighter so that it doesn't allow the fat underneath to push out because that's what my 'pouch' is. Instead of feeling a little disappointed (I am), I'm taking this as motivation to further continue exercising. Everyday I will commit to 150 crunches. So far, I did it for the last two days. I know I need to lose about 7 more lbs. It's really hard but I can do it. I will feel and look so much better at 125.

Well its approximately 10 hours and 2 minutes before my surgery. I feel like still have so much to do before surgery. I'll be immobile for a few days, can't lift anything heavy for a few months. I need to get my house in order. I thank god that my husband is so supportive, I know he'll hold it down mean while I recuperate. I'm not 5 1/2 months post-op. I can't believe how much time has gone by! I updated my photos today. As I saw the before and after pix side by side, it's like I had forgotten just how huge I was before surgery. They look even more obnoxious to me than they did then, now that I've had time to get used to my new set. In the photos, you can see that there is still some healing to do. I don't like the result at all I had lower & upper blepharosplasty, rhinoplasty, brow lift. It cost me $21k and I don't get the result that I want. I even told the dr the nurse who open my stiches about my concerns I still have dark circle under my eyes, my brow nothing changed n my nose still look the same.

I have been working with the staff of Dr. Fazilat's office for a few years now. I've always received great treatment from them. In fact, I just recently purchased another series of fraxel sessions in order to improve my acne scarring. I value the services that Dr. Fazilat and staff provide which is why I will continue to utilize them.

T-5 days until my surgery! I will be getting a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty done at the same time by Doctor Fazilat in the Bay Area. Ever since I was a tweenager, I waited eagerly for my breasts to come in, and much to my disappointment... it never happened.
