Simply a pleasure working with LeaderOne Financial. I purchased a townhome as a newly single (again) person with difficult circumstances. Shane Day and his entire staff made me feel confident immediately as they worked tirelessly with me in a friendly manner. As we are in a tight RE market, the team provided a pre-approval letter at midnight on a Saturday night! When another hiccup presented at closing, Shane provided professional intervention and facilitated the close. Excellent company!!

Awesome. I've never had such a great experience with a Lender! This is my 3rd home purchase and on the prior two, the Lender was a shadowy figure in the background demanding documents and being obstructive; but with LeaderOne it was the complete opposite. Amanda, Shane and Mallory acted as true partners throughout the entire process. No question was too small, no issue was left unresolved. They understand the process and truly care. I will be recommending LeaderOne to everyone. Thank you!

Shane and his staff are true professionals who go above and beyond and made the financial end of my recent home purchase a success. Shane personally took my call on a Saturday afternoon while he was out with his family and processed my request immediately so I could present an offer that same day. The tools they have to submit all the required documents was secure and easy to upload files. Of the 5 homes I've purchased in my lifetime, this experience was by far the best. Shane Day did the impossible for us. We were working with a past Chapter 13 BK less than a year out from discharge. No one else knew what to do or how to proceed. Shane took the time to listen to what we were looking for and research how to get it done. He did not make any promises he could not keep and kept our sellers happy along with informing their agent and ours and kept us in the loop every step of the way while keeping our costs down. His team works amazingly to get the job done
