LeaderOne Financial is the only lender that I would ever suggest working with in Colorado. It was one nightmare after another trying to close on my house through WellsFargo. After being under contract for 8-9 weeks it appeared that I was about to lose my house, at that time my realtor suggested we try Shane Day at LeaderOne as a last resort.
