Shannon was amazing throughout the entire homebuying process from day 1. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and so patient with me as a first time home buyer. If I had any questions or even concerns at any point she would walk me through all options. I also really appreciated the portal used to track the status my loan and for securely sharing documents. Kudos to the team that created that.
