Amazing group of people all working to help me during a very stressful time in life. They are organized, well informed and very punctual. The day of my mediation Stephen was so calm and comforting. I was intensely nervous in anticipation of the meeting with representatives from the insurance company, however I was quickly made to feel comfortable upon meeting Steven who provided an excellent explanation of what to expect.
