Every staff member I ever spoke to or dealt with throughout my whole ordeal was extremely compassionate, friendly and kind. Each one took the amount of time I needed to explain the questions I had and walk me through step by step what was happening and what I needed to know. My case is still going on.. But I still need to give a top rating. My chronic pain has made me crazy at times. They always calm me down and go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need help with. Most of the times I don't even know the solution to my problems but they do. From the first telephone conversation I knew I had contacted the right law firm. They were prompt with answers, and led me through the process step by step. The mediation was a nerve wracking day but Stephen was extremely reassuring and took a great deal of time making sure I understood and was comfortable alllowing me to be part of the process.
