I like how I am kept in the loop. There are many details to sort through during the legal process, so I am quite happy when my lawyer calls me with an update. I also receive treats in the mail. This happens on a periodic basis as well. It is a cute touch!

After a year and a half of trying to get long term disability approved after 2 strokes my claim was not approved or denied they just closed my case and there was nothing I could do about it. I was a welder/fabricator and am not capable of doing my job and still having medical issues.
