I wrote part of my review then lost it so hopefully you can put it both together . I worked with Shashona Sandburg and Karen Koshmen they were excellent, I was so very very scared and discouraged that my benefits had been terminated and very scared to do anything. I had a lawyer in spruce Grove AB . And my experience was , poor it seemed like she was working against me.. And more for the insurance company .. I googled lawyer and found share lawyers.. my experience was totally different.. i had found someone who was trying to help me .. instead of the insurance company.. i can say that the out come was unbelievable compared to the spruce Grove lawyer i had..
