Sharon went above and beyond to secure our loan and on closing day there was no issue or delay.
Sharon was excellent, and she put a great deal of effort into securing my loan. Obtaining my loan was complicated for a few reasons, but she made it work!
Sharon kept in touch throughout the long process of finding and buying a home. She gave detailed explanations for any questions I had and remained professional when I was very unhappy with parts of the process that required her to dig deeply and intrusively into my financial situation. She provided words of encouragement when I needed to hear them and was able to reprocess paperwork when I had to make changes at the last minute. Sharon is great at her job!
