Better communication and prompter response once appraisal fell through. Initial closing supposed to be Nov 12. Didn’t close until Dec 7. She never advised home insurance company of new closing date until TWO days prior—-and that delay cost me me a higher house payment. I didn’t find out until AFTER closing—-from insurance company. Not from her. Everything was a last minute emergency, down to the afternoon before closing. I was living in a hotel due appraisal mishap. Cost to me:$1100
