Sharon was amazing, I had sent emails after work at 10pm and I had a response in my inbox 8am the next morning. She was responsive and answered every question imaginable I had given this was my first time purchasing a home. It couldn’t have been an easier process and I was able to close in 3 weeks.

There are specific requirements that banks are held to that make the mortgage process through them more snickidy. Being a VA loan specialist is only one piece of the puzzle of serving veterans. Having someone on staff who understands the lives, processes, and procedures of military folks would go a long way to help the staff and the customers smooth out the process.
