What made the experience great was Shaun and his staffs ability to educate me through the process; they were patient with me and answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. Also, I had a collections hit my credit and Shaun walked me through the process to get that removed from my credit score, which enabled me to get a great deal on my mortgage, even better than I had hoped.
