Required a lot of work to get threw underwriting. Process wasn't streamlined. I did like the videos for steps. Last mortgage lender I used had a token of appreciation for choosing them at closing.
I had such a great experience working with Shawn Landez while I worked for Hosler Realty, that I have since turned to him personally for 2 separate refinances of my own. Should I need future services, it will be Vandyk Mortgage that I turn to.
