I was confused throughout the whole process. I asked for a face to face meeting to discuss and review everything at the application process. We met and felt rushed to just sign everything electronically. Then there were delays (one being Covid) We would get an issue resolved only to now have to address another one. It would have been better to have all the issues on the table at the same time. Then it worked out the biggest issue was something missed on our application!

We have not been able to close a deal with Shawn - on time-, yet. I reached out at the inception of the real estate sale, and told Shawn that we expect the lending process to be completed on time (or maybe early). We were only 4 days late, this time. We do negotiate the time for closing (time is of the essence). Other then closings being late, we have no proplem with VanDyk.

Better communication and more explanation of what was going on and what everything is. As first time home buyers there were a lot of terms and fees we didn't know about up front and would have liked to know about everything right from the start.
