Eli took the time to explain the issue we were having with our Heat Pump. It was the motor. He gave us a quote to replace the motor but offered a better solution for us. Since the unit was 20+ years old, he recommended that we replace it. When we do that, we will have a much more efficient unit with a programmable thermostat as well.
