They are very accommodating. I had 2 nervous kids getting braces for the first time. My daughter was supposed to have spacers placed, but the doc decided they weren't necessary and instead of having me come back for my original appointment next week to have her braces placed, they squeezed her in and applied them while we were there with my other child getting his braces placed. Super helpful! Thank you.

I love this office. As soon as we walked in we were treated like family. The staff was more than willing to help and seemed very outgoing and friendly. Their office is top-of-the-line using an iPad to fill out forms and to check in, they also had my sons name generated by computer on the wall along with other new patients names welcoming them and making them feel at home and comfortable. What an amazing office! They are so friendly and welcoming.. My daughter gets very anxious and nervous and they are amazing with her! We love Karen, Kathy, Jackie, Dr. Lill, and Dr. DeArment they are absolutely one of a kind!
