The office is very organized and clean! You feel welcomed as soon as you go in the door. They take their time and explain every step with you. They make the kids feel at ease at all times. I would definitely recommend this office.
Shenandoah Valley has the best staff who are always friendly and willing to help. My oldest had braces and went through them and now my youngest and I trust them to do a great job!
Maranda loves to go here, I highly recommend you to take your kids here or even yourself. The staff is wonderful.

Jackie is amazing!!! I recently had additional brackets placed and they were really uncomfortable. She was able to understand my concerns and provided the relief I desperately needed.
