Initially had issues booking appointment online. Luke took care of the problem in person and had my vehicle back to me within a couple hours with a free car wash which was a nice surprise

Hands down the easiest, less stressful and funniest vehicle purchase we have ever made! From start to finish, the customer service was amazing! Sherri was amazing to work with, and Ryan kept us in stitches the whole time! When there was a small issue with the new truck, we brought it to their attention and it was addressed immediately and to our great satisfaction - especially since we were from out of town. Can't recommend this dealership enough, and we were so happy to have worked with Sherri and Ryan!

I booked my truck in for a test drive with the service manager,went for a drive and saw the problem I was experiencing. It was booked in the following week and looked after promptly.I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have been going to Sherwood GMC since 2016 and have since returned to them for 3 vehicle purchases in that time. Jahron has ALWAYS worked hard to get me the best price and has provided excellent customer service after the purchase. He works to try and provide perks and services that most dealerships would have told me to "get lost" on. To kill some time we decided just to look around at the GMC trucks - bad idea! Ended up with a truck and a car🤪. Had a very knowledgeable, kind and polite young man - “Amer”. I would say most of my experience with this dealership was ok. I found Amer and Austin very helpful in the process of buying my Buick, however this got very pushy when end of moth came and I was pressured to finish my deal. I had an absolutely horrific experience with the finance department. Jessica was awful to deal with. Not only had she lied to me several times, but she was very passive aggressive throughout the time I had to deal with her. Recently my husband and I were looking for a new or used truck with an 8 foot box.
