To kill some time we decided just to look around at the GMC trucks - bad idea! Ended up with a truck and a car🤪. Had a very knowledgeable, kind and polite young man - “Amer”. I would say most of my experience with this dealership was ok. I found Amer and Austin very helpful in the process of buying my Buick, however this got very pushy when end of moth came and I was pressured to finish my deal. I had an absolutely horrific experience with the finance department. Jessica was awful to deal with. Not only had she lied to me several times, but she was very passive aggressive throughout the time I had to deal with her. Recently my husband and I were looking for a new or used truck with an 8 foot box. Our initial contact with Hannah was to inquire about a truck at Sherwood Buick GMC, however the truck was already sold. Hannah asked about our needs and wants in a truck. I brought my car in for an issue and found out that the dealership that sold me my SUV made an error on my warranty paperwork. Shawna was quick to have it all fixed and get me back on the road! The shuttle driver was so friendly and very quick to get me to work.
