Ordered our 2023 Acadia in March, arrived in May. Amer was helpful with the sales process, Shaun Hurry in finance was fun to deal with, very energetic and personable! Sales manager Shawn was a little pushy at start trying to get us to buy a unit that we didn’t want, so we ordered one. If I’m gonna spend 50 grand on a car I’m gonna get it exactly how I want it.

I HATE shopping for a new vehicle at a dealership. The high pressure, low level sales tactics makes it a complete ordeal. The sharks waiting for you as you step out of your vehicle in the parking lot. If you even make eye contact they are already giving you the ‘Can we make a deal today’ crap they all do. Ever had the ‘old hang onto your keys’ trick played on you? Excruciating. Had been a while since I bought so I wanted to see what was out there. Hit maybe 6 or 7 dealerships along the way. This dealership has class! Bought a truck online , had it delivered to Calgary , had a dent that was not shown in the pictures sent. Had it fixed and they paid for it !! Few and far between service ! Christian 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
