The dealer I had an experience with would not meet my requests to review historical maintenance items on what they claim to call a certified used vehicle. After going through with the purchase, it was noted the mechanical fitness checklist had a couple outstanding items of which they didn't replace before deaming the vehicle as certified used vehicle that meets the standards to pass a clean mechanical fitness test. Understable, brakes and tires are wearable items, but these components should have been replaced upon the asses... read more

Excellent service. This 2024 Buick Encore GX is about the fith vehicle I have purchased from the delaership. The Slaes person Michael F. was most helpful with no pressure. I have interaacted with him before for previsous vehicles and I was completely satisifed. The Serive Department is first rate. that's why I come back to this dealership.
