When I bought my Buick encore I had been told I would have free oil changes. I was impressed with this feature.On my 3rd oil change I was told I had to pay for it by the service worker.I was very disappointed and felt I had been not told the full truth when I bought my new car. Today I went to get an oil change. I was told I had the VIP oil change and I did not have to pay. I was very impressed with the service workers that worked today. Shout out to Sherwood Customs ,All communications were done over the phone as to what I wanted my new AT4 to look like , When I picked up my truck it looked just as I had envisioned , everything they said they were going to do was done , and was done on time .So far my experience has been great dealing with Sherwood GMC and Sherwood customs…Let’s hope their service department will be the same ….to be continued….Also Thanks to Sherri Lynn in sales!
