Carrie chapman is the best! She listens and takes everything you say into how she treats you. I don't particularly like going to the doctor myself,however when I do I only go to Carrie cause I know she will give me the best care. I never have to wait that long personally either. So 5/5 for me here!

UPDATE: The nursing staff us been very helpful in finding my test results. Turns out my chart had gotten closed so my result wasn't showing up in lab work. They emailed my results after talking with them again this afternoon. I'm happy it was sorted out, but the length of time it took to get the results was a headache. tldr: Don't waste your time, go to Unity or PrimeCare instead. I've been there twice and it was the best medical office that I have ever went too. They are professional to the utmost and I would recommend them to anyone. They are my primary doctor and just who else in town can beat them???? Surely, your not thinking of that building on Race St.

I've been here twice in the past two years. The first time was a really good experience, friendly staff and quick appointment. The second time, the staff seemed rude and overworked. I didn't get seen by a doctor and the nurse practitioner couldn't seem to figure out how to deal with my allergies to certain cough medicine. Overall, I'll go back since they take my insurance. Could be better but they're alright.

The best customer service and medical care in town.They are friendly, efficient and the Nurse Practitioner Ms Linda, was kind, very knowledgeable and confident, she explained what was going on and my options and that makes me feel safe as a patient. I was not giving unnecessary, costly extra prescriptions.Only what I needed it. I had a good experience on Sunday and I turned down a doctors excuse because I didn't think I would need it! but Karrie said if I changed my mind to just let her know! it turned out my Covid was fairly severe and I couldnt work. so I sent my wife up there to get it and she was met with an extremely rude receptionist! she said "well he should have done that Saturday!". Came in fine checked in was even given an update on my phone how many patients were checked. How many were in front of me. There 4 checked in one in front of me got me to backroom and all down hill from there. Hour half later still in a room but they got my money first. Asked if they forgot me and was told they were real busy. one patient was in front of me so how much they going to charge my insurance for the 10 minute visit I get from doctor.
