Waited 3 1/2 hours before ever seeing a doctor and that was with an appt. Sundays are very busy, but should at least give an idea upon first arrival of what to expect. Staff was respectful at the very least.
if I could give zero stars I would!! truly the worst place ever!!! I have lived all over the US and been to multiple urgent cares. this one is the WORST!!! I had an appointment for 11:00, and at 1:48 I was called back. Then at 2:20 I still had not been seen!!! I just walked out and will NEVER return!!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
The waiting time is too long. Not enough help, overbooked. I had an appointment, yet I waited 2 hours to see a doctor. They should tell you your wait time; Sometimes you're just too sick to stay.
Don't spend your time here! My daughter had a severe allergic reaction & we had to wait 4 hours to be seen. The place was almost empty.
I had an emergency situation and visited this clinic but left unattended because of the rude person at the desk. I had outpatient surgery and was sent home, after which I could not urinate. I called the doctor who told me to go to this clinic and get a catheter put in. When I arrived I was handed a bunch of paper to fill out and was told four people were in front of me. the actual medical staff in the back are great but the front desk clerks are condescending and rude! It was so nice to get treated like a second class citizen while I'm wrenching in pain! After id already paid almost a hundred dollars to be seen, last thing you want while your sick is to be hassled and shaken down before you walk out. I have a good job and insurance I pay monthly so I don't know why I just couldn't be billed and treated like a human being!!
