Yesterday we brought Cleo in for acute facial swelling and they kept her for observation and got the swelling down. Super super happy after my first visit here ❤️ Brought Gracie In due to a suspected UTI do to her lack of using her box. They were so kind to her and so patient with me being the crazy cat mom! She got plenty of snuggles from the techs and loves from dr. Blaine. She was treated for stress and a UTI. We took the docs advice on getting the diffuser feliway and it’s already made a difference in one day. She’s less stressed and using the box again as well as staying more calm just in her daily life. I will 100% be back.

We were referred to Shiloh years ago for one procedure, and we never returned to the vet practice that referred us. All of the doctors and staff have been great to our babies, realistic and reasonable about the expenses associated with their care, and incredibly patient with my helicopter-dog-mom calls. I’m so grateful we found them.

We just moved to Billings and so far this office is one of my favorite things about living here! We’ve seen Dr. Bertino and her staff twice now and they are simply amazing. They really care about your pets and go the extra mile! The follow up calls are really nice. Probably the best customer service in town!
