We just moved to Billings and so far this office is one of my favorite things about living here! We’ve seen Dr. Bertino and her staff twice now and they are simply amazing. They really care about your pets and go the extra mile! The follow up calls are really nice. Probably the best customer service in town!

They scheduled my dog super quickly and were so so sweet! They even got her set up for a dental cleaning the very next day!! Everyone was so kind and supportive and I could not be more grateful

The compassion & expertise of the doctors and staff. They can handle my territorial Rhodesian Ridgeback and hug us when we had to put down our 15 year old black lab and 20 year old calico cat. They welcomed with us our 2 new calico cats that we adopted. Dr Cook is who we see most often and she is absolutely phenomenal! I would not take my babies anywhere else!
she love Shiloh Vet Clinic. Dr Cook is our vet and she is fantastic. My two Afghan Hounds, Kleo and Slade, love boarding and the walks. Kleo loves it there. when she had surgery last year they gave her fantastic care. i highly recommend them.
We love this place! Everyone is so friendly and good at there job. The Doctors are exceptional and really love their job. Butch our Rottie has gone there since he was 10 weeks old and now he is 8yrs. He loves going to the Vet and he likes it there when we board him. He gets his own condo and is spoiled rotten there.

We love Shiloh. The doctors and techs are simply the best. We own a rather large American pitbull and she is always welcomed and treated like a little princess! Dr. Cook and the staff are excellent with her and we're able to easily clean up her health issues after we adopted her at four months. We went to one other vet in town for a procedure and immediately returned to Shiloh because the care she receives there is second to none.
