I will not take my dog back here. After lots of testing on my dog, the vet stated he needed surgery right away. They would not work with us on payments so we looked for another vet. That vet told us that if they were to do surgery he could possibly die on the table. They called my mother in law trying for us to give up the rights of our loved dog and they would waive the fee to do it. Why they called my mother in law is beyond me.

Very sorry to leave Dr. Bertino because I think she is wonderful, but don't like how I was treated today with the spaying of my pup. When I made the appt, I said I just wanted the basic spay for 215 without any extras. They needed to switch my appt to today from Monday, so I had to have my son drop her off. When he did they had him sign an upgraded treatment plan that was almost double of what I was quoted or wanted. When I called to see what happened, the manager did not even want to help in any way. I do not see ANY declawing services on their website. Enough said. ANY veterinarian who does not declaw cats is number one in my book. Veterinarians took an oath to heal animals, not mutilate them. AS A SIDE NOTE: Pets get sick because people feed them that poison called 'pet food' which is filled with poisons, road kill, mold, chemicals, they conduct scientific experiments on dogs and cats to get your pet addicted to this poison, more money in their pockets. Feed your pets human grade food and they will be a lot healthier.
